" are you with him is lovers?"
Sebastian who heard it, seemed shocked and didn't believe that Dewi would find out so soon. He was very afraid that Dewi would hate him, he really didn't want that to happen.
" uhmm....." he really don't know how to answer it without lies or something not impacting. He really stressful at this point, he really don't know what he going to do
Dewi, that really know that obviously just want to Sebastian saying honest to her, what he feel and what he want to. she really understands him well but he's really not understanding himself.
" don't worry, just be honest"
Exhaling, Sebastian tried to be honest this time, and it's first he talking about his romance that he felt for the first time.
" i don't know, yu. i and him have nothing relationship but i and him doing like... Ya know!"
Dew then says, " so, you not in a relationship with him but already do bombayah with him? "
" yeah, sorry i don't tell ya because it's just happen and i really don't know how to ask for help. i and him not in relationship yet because.... I really don't know. i never done with this things" with saddening voice
" what??? you and him not in relationship? How dare him. i will beat him if he's not responsible to you" with madness
" thanks ayu for accepting me. i'm so scared if ya homophobic. i really hate it because i got bully when i'm in elementary school because i don't like girls in feeling" a moment after speaking, Dewi hug him.
Dewi embraced him heartily, her arms encircling Sebastian in a tight embrace. In that intimate moment, Sebastian let the tears flow, finding solace in the safety of her arms. She was the first person who had truly accepted him, without hesitation or judgment, despite knowing that he was gay. As the tears streamed down his face, Sebastian managed to utter a heartfelt murmur through his sobs, his voice filled with gratitude and vulnerability.
"Thank you," he whispered, "for seeing me as a human being."
Fitri was discreetly observed from the corner of the room, witnessing the emotional moment between Sebastian and Dewi. Having overheard the conversation, she wasn't consumed by jealousy, unlike her previous reaction to seeing the two of them together. Instead, she watched silently, her expression a mix of understanding and a hint of sadness.
The tender moment between Sebastian and Dewi continued, their embrace a silent testament to the depth of their friendship and acceptance. Meanwhile, Fitri watched from a distance, her heart heavy with an inexplicable sadness. She chose not to intrude, letting the two have their intimate time together.
For a few moments, Fitri stood there, her thoughts swirling with unspoken emotions. As she turned to leave, the sight of Sebastian and Dewi remained etched in her memory.
Sebastian had finally managed to calm down, his tears drying on his face. He gently detached himself from Dewi's embrace, offering her a grateful smile.
"Thank you, ayu" he said softly, his voice still a bit shaky, "I don't know what I'd do without you"
As Fitri proceeded to leave, Sebastian suddenly noticed that she was being cornered. In a moment of urgency, he raised his voice, calling out her name with a loud and clear shout, "Fitriii!!"
His voice reverberated through the air, drawing Fitri's and Dewi's attention simultaneously. Without a moment's hesitation, Sebastian grabbed Dewi's arm, pulling her along as he made his way towards Fitri's direction.
The urgency in his movements was evident, as he focused on reaching Fitri before it was too late.
Arriving there, " hey fit, what's up? Are you going to javelin field right now? Can i and ayu watch you?"
"uh.. i'm good, thanks for asking. sure, you can, really really can. How about you dew? are you wanna?"
"sure, i will. I think it's not midnight yet so it's totally boring if i'm in dorm room"
" good to know"
The three of them then headed to the field where the javelin throwing participants were practicing and a few minutes were about to start.
"Jahiyooo!!!!!! Semangat!!! Pasti bisa!!!! Ya can do it...." Sebastian supporting her with really really supportive souls
" thanks, and about...." she knows, she lil bit teasing Dewi because she not get the support from her
"fight!!!!, Fit.... you are stronger women i'd ever known" Dewi said with without hesitation or shyness
Listening to that made Fitri's body more enthusiastic in competing, she really wanted to win first place and wanted to give her medal to Dewi like Sebastian did to her ( she saw it earlier and was jealous, fortunately she heard a conversation about Sebastian and Rian's relationship, so she no longer )
As the first night Javelin match commenced at the school, twenty participants, including Fitri, took part in the competition. However, the remaining five participants had either declined to compete or withdrawn before the event even started.
Fitri was scheduled to perform her Javelin throw in the eighth position, and she managed to complete only three attempts, showcasing impressive distance in her throws.
The anticipation in the air grew as the competition progressed, and the athletes waiting for their turn were consumed with excitement or nerves. Sebastian and Dewi watched as the other participants threw, the atmosphere filled with tension and eager anticipation.
Sebastian and Dewi were caught up in the competitive spirit, watching intently as each competitor took their turn throwing the Javelin. They observed the techniques, strength, and form of the athletes, silently cheering on Fitri as her turn drew closer and closer.
Fitri's turn had finally arrived, and she took a deep breath, focusing on the task ahead. With a powerful throw, she sent the Javelin hurtling into the air, achieving a distance of 56 meters in her first attempt. Encouraged, she went for her second throw, which measured at 64 meters. In her final attempt, Fitri managed to further improve, throwing the Javelin an impressive 58 meters.
With Fitri's final attempt now complete, all eyes were on the scoreboard to see the results of her throws. Sebastian and Dewi watched anxiously, their hearts pounding as they waited for the final scores to be displayed.
The scoreboard flashed, updating with the final scores for each throw, and the spectators held their breath in anticipation. Sebastian and Dewi, their hearts pounding in their chests, waited anxiously to see how Fitri's throws had placed her among her fellow competitors.
When she already got her chance, she got first place with higher point, first place got 64 meters and second place got only 44,08 meters. She really happy at this point but it's not final yet, she should waiting for next competitor.
The match continued to run and run, when it was turn 18 participants, Fitri's ranking plummeted from rank 1 to rank 2. The saddest thing is when the last participant beats the distance by a very small amount and got Fitri into rank 3.
As Fitri watched her score drop to third place, her disappointment was palpable. She had started in first place, but as more participants hurled the Javelin, her score of 64.00 meters was surpassed, leaving her in third place. The second-place contestant had achieved 64.95 meters, narrowly surpassing Fitri, while the first-place winner had managed a impressive distance of 64.99 meters.
Despite her initial success, Fitri found herself struggling to accept the new standings, frustration and disappointment etched on her face.
After the match, the female javelin participants then went to podium to celebrate their victory. They then took pictures with the fans, Fitri's face looked lethargic and discouraged. On the other hand, only ranks 1 and 2 were invited to take pictures, while Fitri was not invited to take pictures at all, not even cared about them.
Dewi and Sebastian then went to run to Fitri and congratulate her.
"congrats, Fitri... you really good at this. Amazing, I even gawked when see you do that" Dewi really praise it well
" yeah, ya are the best javelin" Sebastian's said
At such a time, there are still people who are jealous of Fitri, saying bad things, even next to oneself, is really sad.
„look at that, ewe, is they two really congrats her, disgusting, really disgusting „
„uhm, i guess that fitrot just pay them to do that, hahaha„
„hahaha, so pathetic. Poor her but she really deserves that„
Listening to that, Fitri was don't care about what they said but Sebastian and Dewi really didn't like it. He wanted to grab the girl's hair and pull it up chrashly.
" don't do it, don't crashing your energy for that"
Understood, he then let it go, but Sebastian replied with a sarcasm,
" uh that bitch... have a mouth but like a trash. I obviously can throw my pee over their mouth, they will do it and drink it like a slaves, oops she obviously slave i forgot"
" what do you mean?" The person who won first place felt offended by the rude remarks.
" nothing, i don't said to you but ya feel it, huh..."
He couldn't answer it, so he left with the fans. After leaving, rank two then came to them,
" sorry for her... I know she really rude but because she needs all attention that she never feel, sorry. I'm so sorry"
" no problem, i have no beef with her, i totally knew, i understand it" Fitri with wise talk
" thank you very much" while going and chasing the group.
A few moments later, Fitri gave the bronze medal and draped it around Dewi's neck.
"it's for you, i give it to you"
Seeing them, Sebastian just smiled happily.
" really, thank you Fit, i really wish i have medal but I just lose in chess. Thank you very much" while kiss the medal and Inhale the medal
" how about we take a picture before we go back to dorm?" he ask itu quickly
" sure "
They then took a photo together with Rian's cellphone which was still held by Sebastian. Actually, he wants to return it, but he need it so he delaying it. Because Rian need phone so Rian buy a new phone for himself and give the old phone to Sebastian even he doesn't know yet.
After taking a picture, then they go back to their dorm room to sleep. They go back in 11 pm. Because they too sleepy so they didn't wanna watching the boy javelins, so tired.
