Qingxue frowned. But hearing the idea she quickly started drawing. Having practised architecture and countless other skills to become a suitable assistant to Bo Tian.
Before long, a basic outline had appeared.
A colossal City, large enough to fit tens of millions, no maybe even a hundred million people appeared. It covered the entire Region. Of course none of the buildings had been drawn yet.

This is a huge quantity. However almost all of them are E-Level talents. In total there are less than 3 S-Level Slaves who were previously A-Level Players, and less than 200 people above B-level.

One by one the women started trying to show their best side.
And Hepia marked them down one by one before preparing a plan.
