I was surrounded by the soldiers of the world government. I just ignored them after a glance. They weren't worthy even for my breath.
I knew that none of them were good people. Their whole being was screaming of evil.

Kong frowned as soon as he heard me. Others may not know but as a commander in chief of the world government, he knew some inside information. And he knew that Skypiea was not just a legend but the truth. It was just too high above the ground for anyone to reach it.
"As for the permission, Does God need permission to go somewhere?" I asked him playfully.

Suddenly a few strong people wearing masks and white coats appear by the side of Kong. Marcellus could sense that these new mask guys weren't weak. But they were still far from being able to stop him.
"Kill the so-called God. Not even God can enter the holy land without the world government's permission." Kong sneered thinking that he was one of those delusional guys who after getting a little stronger thought himself above all.
But was he delusional? Haha, that was a joke. Without any training just with the power of his devil fruit Enel could rival any of the first commanders of emperors.
So Marcellus who trained with a OP system and got not just one but 3 powerful devil fruit abilities, which any of them could give the Marine ran for money, was anything but delusional.
He had the strength to back himself up.
Getting the order from the commander all the masked men or CP0 attacked Marcellus at the same time.
Marcellus didn't move or even took all this attack seriously. He didn't even look at them. He just lightly hit the ground with his golden stuff and 7 lightning arrows appeared by his side, the exact number of the CP0.
Just when they were a few metres away from him the arrow shot towards them at light speed.

At first he could only increase the speed of things he touched by 100 times. But after the training using his system it has surpassed the previous level cap. He could now increase the speed of things almost close to the speed of light.
With the speed the arrow of Lightning reached their forehead instanously and pierced their forehead came out of the back of their head. They didn't have the time to react even with the help of observation haki.
It happened just a second after Kong gave the order. Even he did have time to react to the sudden action.
All seven CP0 paused. The attack was so fast that their soul even needed time to leave their body. They turned to each other with surprise and then fell to the ground lifelessly.
Marcellus hit the ground with his staff again and again and the arrow started to condense around him. But this time they weren't just 7 of them but tens of thousands of them.
Kong came out of his stupor by the sound of the tap. He looked at the thousands of arrows and instantly dark premenession started to build up in his heart.
"Sto…." Before he could even finish his word all tens of thousands of arrows disappeared from his view.
Suddenly he heard the sound of thud and looked around. He saw one after another soldier started to fall on the ground. No it wasn't because of Conqueror Haki, because they were dead.
"aaahhhh" Kong screamed and ran to Marcellus to attack him in anger and pain for the loss of thousands of soldiers. Each of them were elite soldiers hand picked by the world government. They needed to invest a lot to train them.
But to his scream only a sound of tapping a ground could be heard.
Kong was angry but he didn't los5 his battle instinct. He used his devil fruit ability which was a Zoan type, gorilla. Then he used Tekki and Armament Haki.
Marcellus was still nonchalantly looking at Kong. Suddenly his lightning Arrow changed colour. It turned dark red then there was a little orange shadow around it. He used Armament haki and used the bomb ability to it too.
