The coachman indeed didn't stop running and instead doubled the speed from earlier. We don't have enough guards to keep us safe if ever these bunch of assassins cornered us. And where is Ariel?
I heard loud laughs coming from outside, and a whistle of a man who seemed to be mocking us. It's like he's telling us there's no escape from them.
When the coachman increases the speed of the carriage I know that this is the time to hold tight on my seat. I don't wanna die!
"Lady Valeraine, are you okay?" I open my window on the other side to see Lord Arzael on his horse trying to catch our speed.
