I was tied to an iron chair in the empty room that had nothing but another chair, which Olive. No. 1 was seated on.
The second Olive was staring at me, and if there was something I'd noticed, it was the fact that the second Olive didn't know me too well, unlike the first. So without a doubt, 1 was the one I'd grown up with.
"You don't seem so scared," 1 said.
I shrugged. "I have nothing to be afraid of. Sylus is coming for me, and I'll surely be saved unless you put a bullet through my head. You know me very well, so I'm sure you are aware I'm not scared of death."
"Really?" Amusement crossed his face, and he stood up from his seat to approach me. He grabbed my chin, tilted my head from left to right, and sighed. "But you are scared to die, Harley. Not before, of course, but you are now. And you want to know why?"
I didn't respond, I just stared at him warily.
