Days passed quickly, but Neil didn't move. After about three days, Neil opened his eyes again, and when he saw the beast before him, he quickly fled to the side of the cave wall. If anyone had seen this, they would be amazed at how a three-meter-tall beast as strong as the Royal Bear could flee to the side from a child.
When Neil opened his eyes and tried to move, he felt intense pain, but his body was now able to move. After taking a look at his body, he found that his bloody appearance was terrifying. He began to observe the cave, and after seeing the bear, it was as if a cinematic scene flashed through his mind.
Neil saw himself killing the beasts over the past seven days and was deeply shocked. His body had killed more than half of the forest's beasts, nearly thousands of them. Neil now understood the reason for his severe exhaustion.
After understanding most of the events that had occurred, Neil took another look at the system window. After understanding everything, he saw his system panel, which was filled with a lot of information:

Upon seeing his status panel, Neil realized that everything he had gained, even his training level, had been sacrificed to keep him alive from the previous disaster. He had lost his knight and mage energy and his mana core, and he felt frustrated by his inability to absorb mana now.
"Ding: Because mana energy is a low-level energy, the host's body cannot absorb this type of energy due to its inferiority."
Seeing this, Neil was puzzled, not by his body, but by the system's response. The system had previously been like a program, programmed to perform specific operations in a set sequence, but now it seemed as if it had developed its own consciousness.
Curious, Neil asked, "Can you interact with me? Have you developed your own consciousness?"
"Ding: To answer the host's question, due to some special factors and the host's soul entering the time stream of this world, the system has undergone a mutation. However, the nature of this mutation is unknown."
Upon hearing this, Neil became excited and asked a question that had been bothering him since he first saw the system: "System, was someone responsible for creating you?"
When he asked this question, there was no response for a few seconds. Neil began to sweat, worried about the possibility that the system might take control of him in the future, but the next response reassured him.
"Ding: Due to the system's change, previous rules have been revoked."
"Ding: The answer to the host's question is both yes and no."
Seeing the response, Neil was surprised and didn't quite understand the meaning.
