As expected, Alicia had personally handled this proposal, I had a feeling she would. Seeing how she had tried to make Duke notice her, I'm certain she wouldn't want to miss any chance to see him and try to steal him.
However, I feel a little sorry for her though. Not only did Duke sit this one out because as always he was still asleep all through the time I woke and dressed up. And I personally did not wake him because I wanted to try doing this one on my own.
And yes, I completely crushed her proposal with a better one of my own.
I can almost see my aunt raging with anger and Alicia is probably as red as her mother.
