After waking up that morning, I said my morning prayers, this time with the twins. And normally Duke doesn't disturb me when I start my morning prayer, he just walks away but I can tell that he's still feeling a little bad about everything that happened last night so for the first time since I've been married tk the man, he joins me in prayer.
Well, he mostly just said Amen along with the twins, but, it's a start.
Now, due to what happened yesterday, everyone is treating me like a fine porcelain vase. Duke is carrying me around, still not allowing me to step my feet on the ground or do anything on my own at all.
The twins are running small errands for me, Emily and Fredrick asking me if I'm feeling uncomfortable for the one hundredth time. Mary came bearing gifts from her husband who was sorry he couldn't come see me personally, and she also came with fully packed food boxes.
Alan is calling me from work to check up on me and even Rey is calling me.
