Suddenly, Emilee thought of Randall.
"How about reaching out to Randall?"
Emilee didn't believe Randall could add much to the party alone, but it was better than nothing.
And Emilee was new to Mullen, so she didn't know anyone in this area. Time was limited then, so she must do it!
With that in mind, Emilee pulled out her cellphone and called Randall.
...
Meanwhile, Randall, having made some money, was taking Mike out to a restaurant.
Since Randall's new phone spoilt, he switched to his old one. That was why he didn't notice when it started ringing so it took a while for him recognize the ringtone.
But when he saw the call from Emilee, he was surprised.
"Emilee? why is this woman calling me?"
"Emilee didn't she think that she was paying too much for the Crabs?"
Randall gave Mike a skeptical look, then walked out of the restaurant and pressed the answer button.
"Hello... Ms. Shelton?"
"Randall!"
Emilee said in a hurry, "I was wondering if you could catch some big fish like that today?"
"What?" Randall didn't realize it for a second.
Emilee also realized that she was in a hurry and reorganized her words.
"Well there's an important party at my hotel tonight. I am in urgent need of some of the finest seafood or rarer wild seafood.
"I wanted to ask you if you could catch wild snakeheads and crabs as you did before. As long as it's a bit gimmicky, the price is not an issue."
"Or do you know any good fishermen? Can they help me? I'll give you the price you want."
By the time Emilee finished, Randall was a little confused.
What?
Randall had thought Emilee had changed her mind over the high price, but it wasn't.
"Hello, Randall? Are you still there?"
"Oh, I'm listening, " Randall responded.
Emilee said" Well, can you help me with this? please. "
" Yes, I'll take care of it. Wait for my good news. "
Randall said immediately.
Randall was planning on using his underwater skills to make some extra money on the river during his days off.
And now he's got clients coming to him, which is just Randall's idea!
Emilee was also grateful for Randall's commitment. They hung up the phone happily.
...
After the meal.
Back in the village,it was already 1:30 in the afternoon.
The sun was high and no one went out.
Randall made his way to the bank, looked around, and jumped into the river.
Once in the water, Randall felt cool, comfortable and invigorated.
The Scaled Dragon's Core inside his body turned sharply, soaking up the immense energy of the water.
Soon, the whirlpool reappeared, and Randall sank to the bottom of the river.
Randall got a good feel for his underwater abilities this time.
Within five meters, streams of water were changing shape with Randall's mind.
The water turned into a wall of water, and then into a net of water, sometimes motionless, sometimes tumbling violently!
It wasn't until half an hour later that Randall was content to stop and start his trip to the bottom of the river.
The river in front of their village was called the Gleaton River.
Everybody knew the river.
From this river, fishing boats could reach the Sutton River in ten minutes.
So,the Gleaton River was extremely rich in aquatic products.
Of course, Randall thought there was plenty of fishes here.
Because no one could get down to the bottom of the river like Randall and see it clearly.
A spray of water rose.
Randall swam like a big fish. Randall soon reached the same area, he pulled open the weeds and took a closer look at the crabs he had missed last time.
Randall noticed that the crabs were all about the same small size, none in particular was much bigger.
Randall hesitated, then decided not to catch them and let them stay for a while.
Three of this crabs cost 88 dollars, and seven or eight of them just cost more than 150 dollars.
But in a month or two, when they were all grown up, they would be worth a lot of money. Each one sold for more than 300 dollars.
Randall was proud of the thought; "The whole Gleaton River is my back garden. Why should I compromise for a few hundred dollars? Am I the one who needs a few hundred dollars? Just go!"
Randall scratched and shook his head and swam away like a fish.
There was so much weed at the bottom of the river. Randall didn't have to swim far before he moved onto a bigger weed area.
There were abundant aquatic plants here. The whole grass was waist deep, and many small fish swam proudly in it...
" This weed is obviously thriving. Is is a treasure land in water?"
Randall was delighted, his eyes were flashing.
All of a sudden, Randall's eyes popped out like he saw something he couldn't believe, and he blurted out," Wow!"
"Mussel! super big mussel!
" it's so big!"
Randall was dumbfounded by what he saw .
Randall saw that in the center of the grass, surrounded by the wide and sparse grass, large black mussels were neatly arranged.
And in the middle of those rows was a giant mussel the size of a washbasin.
At the moment, it was opening the shell, exposing the fleshy inside, spitting out circles of bubbles.
Maybe Randall's underwater noise spooked it. It quickly closed it's shell and became silent.
"It's pretty clever!"
Randall was slightly surprised, and then his face lit up.
A mussel this big must have been growing for years.
The shell of this mussel was washed by the current and had long since faded it's black color, turning into a color like glass.
That look alone would probably get it robbed in an aquarium.
Glass mussels spitting water. was that a gimmick?
If Randall sold this to Emilee, she could get a crystal vat and put it in the lobby of her hotel. It would attract a lot of people!
If Randall hadn't been underwater, he'd have taken a picture and sent it to Emilee.
"Calm down. There must be be a lot of good things in such a large meadow.
Take a look in the dark "
Randall got excited and used his underwater skills to silently approach the edge of the weeds.
As Randall approached the edge of the weeds he kicked up a few lines of sand.
Several big crabs suddenly raised their big pincers and moved slightly.
This Crabs were not small, each of them weighed at least 0.3 to 0.4 kilograms.
Randall's eyes lit up immediately.
That was over a thousand dollars.
Randall wasn't in a hurry to catch them. Instead, he took a few minutes to look around the meadow.
Then, Randall almost screamed with excitement.
Because there were too many crabs!
There were hundreds Suddenly, Emilee thought of Randall.
"How about reaching out to Randall?"
