Knock, knock!
A soft tapping echoed against the hospital room door. Sim Yeongsuk glanced over, slightly startled, but quickly composed herself and opened it. As the door creaked open, a group of unfamiliar people entered. Leading them was an elderly man who stood tall, gripping a cane in his slightly trembling hand, though his eyes held a firm resolve. What stood out most about the man was his uniform A Crisp United States Army uniform adorned with gleaming medals and badges of honor.
"Please, come in," Sim Yeongsuk greeted them politely, offering a warm smile to the strangers.
