Chapter 43 - Let’s shower together

My eyes slowly opened as the morning light filtered through the window. My eyes searched round the room for the devil but I didn't see him.

I stood up from the bed to use the bathroom when he walked into the room. Your awake' he said as he walked closer to me.

My jaw clenched as I heard his voice, I turned around facing him this time giving him a fake smile.

Let's shower together' Logan said and my eyes widened at his suggestion. Are you crazy? I asked him and he kept smiling at me.

I just made a suggestion, you don't need to eat me up wifey. I will go order breakfast' he said walking away.

I ran into the bathroom and locked the door behind before the devil tried something stupid.  After my bath, I wore a jean gown that stopped above my knee.

I was on my phone when I heard a knock on the door, I walked to the door, twisting the knob open.

Good morning ma'am, a female staff pushed the trolley of food to the room placing them on the table. Good morning' I greeted back with a smile before she left the room.

I went to the table to have breakfast. I was starving and I couldn't wait for Logan, then I started wandering where he could be.

I was done having breakfast then I went outside to get a view of the resort. I stood outside enjoying the view of the resort sipping my glass of wine.

I didn't bother looking for Logan, I wasn't in the mood for his teasing.

I sighed as I had a flashback of my childhood moments with my mother. Mind if I join you?" a friendly voice interrupted me. I turned to see a warm smiling woman.

Not at all' I replied with a smile on. I'm Lily' the woman introduced herself and I did same. I'm on my anniversary vacation with my husband' How about you Marley, why are you here?.

I'm on my honeymoon' I said to see her jump and I smiled at her action. You and your husband are newly wed?. Yes we are!' I replied.

Let me show you my Prince Charming' she said and turned to the direction of a man that looked in his late forties.
