Ava's POV:
We arrived at the apartment thirty minutes ago, but I didn't go in; I just stood outside waiting to see if I could catch a glimpse of Yan.
He didn't leave; Yan couldn't have done that to me again, right?
I cleaned my tears and decided to go in when my phone finally rang, and of course it was Sisa.
"Hello Sisa," I said once the call got connected.
"Ava, I am sure you are back from vacations. Please tell me how many days you need to complete the magazine about Yan Earlton." She asked, and I thought for a while, I didn't want to do this.
"Sisa, can't Kim just take over that task?" I wouldn't mind giving out such a big opportunity of mine to Kim, as long as it meant I wouldn't get to work on anything related to Yan Earlton.
"Ava," Sisa called, and from her tone, I could tell the next thing she was about to say was definitely not nice.
