Chapter Seventy-Seven: That Worked!
Seraphina's POV
This wasn't what I had expected my reunion with my classes and classmates to be like. Mikal was giving me a stern look, not the curious ones he usually did.
Lambo boy had dropped his phone at his desk. That hadn't been a coincidence. Also, the teacher had spoken about a "he" that wasn't around earlier.
I had walked straight into a trap! Or was I the one who set this trap for myself by getting Lambo boy's attention that day? I really caused all the nemesis I suffered.
"Well, could it all wait?" Rachael suddenly broke the silence. "We need to have a class now."
I never thought I'd feel grateful to her for temporarily saving me from something. Mikal looked away and sat down. I didn't know if I should, but I sat as well.
My hands quickly went for my phone, and I tapped a message to Third, explaining everything that had happened within the last thirty minutes as best as I could.
