Percy's POV
Alpha Sebastian had gone to bring back his mother, who had temporarily visited her husband's family to inform them of his death.
It annoyed me that he had taken a whole day for that, and I couldn't speak to him about the latest thing I found out regarding Liunel being used. Liam and First should be on the way home by now. I called Liam, and for the first time in a while, he didn't answer immediately.
"Hello, boss. We've been waiting for you."
They had? I would've sprung up from my seat if not for the fact that I was inside a car. Second was even alarmed. But the thing was, if Liam was there... so was First!
I didn't want First to annoy Third or scare Luther and his family. I needed to be there to keep him on a leash, or he'd get bored and start terrorizing people.
"Why do you sound like you've been sleeping?"
