Chapter Fifty-Five: Wolves Need Packs
Percy's POV
"It's fine," Alpha Sebastian said to us.
He must have noticed Luther's reaction and understood he hadn't been trusted yet with any important secrets. "As long as you keep her safe, and the eyes I have on her don't report anything worrisome, then it's fine."
"About that," Third said. "You can just bring that person to work with us instead of creeping around. If I catch someone, I don't usually ask questions first."
What was wrong with him? I liked that.
The Alpha stared at him with lidded eyes. "Well, you won't catch them then. Are you satisfied?"
He was really daring Third.
"Then the bodies?" the little miss called his attention. "You have to meet with Hardin specially and inform them of the theft done in their name. They can't deny it."
