Rihanna's POV
Princess of Blue Bloom? What was she doing in my palace after sending a warrior to kill me? The kettle slipped from my hands as I rose to my feet.
Jaden stared at me like I had run mad. Perhaps I had—this princess surely wanted to lose a limb by coming to my pack uninvited.
"Can I ask what happened…"
"Don't. I'll handle it," I interrupted Jaden, rushing out and closing the door firmly to ensure he didn't follow.
He shouldn't be there to stop me from breaking something. "Keep that pest there; I'm coming!" I ordered Beatrice.
"She's already making herself comfortable," Beatrice replied with a sigh.
I slowed my steps. Making herself comfortable? In my pack?
"She wants to see you and Jaden. She came from Black Rose after she heard he was here," Beatrice added.
