Sasuke's fingers wove seals at a rapid pace: Snake, Ram, Monkey, Boar, Horse, Tiger. He took a deep breath— his ribcage seemed to inflate— he put his fingers to his lips, and finally blew out a stream of fire, which expanded into a large ball of incandescent chakra.
"Heh," he said with a casual smirk. "And that's how it's done."
He then picked up a fallen branch and began drawing a crude diagram of the chakra pathway system in the dirt, explaining at each step how Sakura ought to circulate the chakra within her while he demonstrated the hand signs once again.
She was supposed to hold the chakra in her airways until it had all properly converted to the fire nature, and then blow it all out in one breath; the chakra would ignite upon contact with the air.
"I think I've got it," said Sakura after memorizing the proper steps to performing the Ninjutsu.

Chakra is the fusion between the physical energy extracted from one's innumerable cells, and spiritual energy, which is born from one's experiences and thoughts. There exist five elemental natures: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water, and most people have at least one of them. There is also Yin and Yang attributed chakra for non-elemental Jutsu, but let's not get into that right now.
Now, everyone in this world has chakra circulating in their chakra pathway network, even civilians and samurai, but a more accurate name for chakra while it's circulating through one's system in this form ought to be stamina. Stamina is expended directly by performing Taijutsu or other physical activities, but by performing hand signs and circulating this chakra stamina in a certain way, shinobi can mould this energy into a form of chakra useable for Ninjutsu or Genjutsu.
Someone like Uzumaki Naruto has an enormous pool of this stamina running through their chakra pathway system; this is chakra capacity. He can perform Jutsu after Jutsu and never get tired!
Someone like Haruno Sakura can efficiently gather just the right amount of stamina for her purposes from her body, and then convert this stamina into useable chakra for her Jutsu without losses; this is chakra control. Furthermore, good chakra control allows one to manipulate and release chakra from one's body with more precision!
However, performing an elemental Jutsu requires another step: nature transformation. And this, Sakura had no idea if she was going to be any good at, but she felt like she at least had to try.

Sakura began weaving the seals, drawing the chakra from her chakra pathways and into her throat. Her ability to weave seals was quite good, though her fingers were a bit slow. Let's put it this way: if she were to perform the Substitution Jutsu in combat, her opponent would have plenty of time to guess what she was doing by reading her signs.
As she completed the hand signs one by one, she began to feel a certain warm sensation rising from deep within her. It didn't hurt, but it did feel like it needed to come out.
The final two signs: Horse, Tiger!
"Fire Style! Great Fireball Jutsu!"
Sakura's fingers formed a funnel; she placed them in front of her mouth, in order to better channel the chakra that was about to burst forth. She took a deep breath; her ribcage visibly expanded, as she filled her lungs with air…
However, this proved to be too much strain for Sakura's poor sarashi to endure…
…and her chest bindings came undone.
Sakura's D-cup breasts burst out of their confines with a vengeance, though thankfully stayed within the bounds of her dress; she had narrowly avoided the fate of flashing her teammates. And as much as they would have appreciated the gesture, she wasn't sure she'd be able to look them in the eye after the fact.
"Kyaah!" Sakura couldn't help but emit a girlish scream, much to her own consternation.
However, her Great Fireball Jutsu had to come out one way or the other. An endless stream of fire erupted from Sakura's mouth, igniting the pile of rubbish before her. One second, two seconds, three seconds… She kept going until all of the chakra she had infused into the technique had run out.
Naruto's and Sasuke's jaws dropped open as they gaped at the curves she had attempted to keep hidden. For the second time in two days, Sasuke completely forgot about taking revenge for his clan…
As for Kakashi, he was also dumbfounded, though for another reason; he had written Sakura off as a competent but mostly ordinary kunoichi, but it seemed like he needed to reassess her capabilities…
Kakashi already knew she had excellent reflexes and perfect grades, but he hadn't actually expected much of her when it would come to real combat prowess. Chakra was one of the most important parts of a shinobi's arsenal, and anybody would appear lacking when compared to the latent powers of the Uzumaki and Uchiha bloodlines…
Even Sakura was surprised with the ease with which she had converted her chakra to the fire nature.
She remembered that in the anime, it had taken the experience of thousands of Shadow Clones and days of training for Naruto to find a way to infuse his wind nature into the Rasengan, but now that she thought about it, her worries about performing Elemental Ninjutsu had been baseless.
Using the simple Great Fireball Technique was just like reading a recipe from a cookbook; not so difficult, relatively speaking. But adding nature transformation to a Jutsu that was already the pinnacle of shape transformation? The level of difficulty really wasn't comparable; Sakura had been worrying for nothing.
There was also the fact that she had absorbed tons of fire nature breast chakra from the old ladies in the bath house, on top of already starting out with the fire affinity cheat, which was why she could so easily turn her chakra into fire nature chakra at the drop of a hat!
After Kakashi's exam the previous day, Sakura had returned to the bath house and managed to absorb a little bit more breast volume. She would have liked to have stolen different elemental natures, but for some reason, the citizens of the Land of Fire were mostly fire-attributed, so she hadn't managed to get lucky yet and grab other nature affinities.

The awful smell of rotten eggs and burnt plastic waste began to waft into the air, distracting Sakura from her status window.
"Oh crap, the non-burnable rubbish pile!"
It looked like all three of them were at fault in this case: Naruto had mixed up the two piles of rubbish, which Sasuke and Sakura had then reduced to ashes.
"It looks like your first mission ends in failure," said Kakashi with a nasal voice; he was pinching his nose shut with his forefingers. Strangely enough though, he didn't sound too disappointed.
Various expressions of dismay appeared on Sakura's and Naruto's faces, while Sasuke crossed his arms, turned his head away and harrumphed. It looked like they weren't going to be receiving any pay this time…
