Han Ying rolled up the partition and drove towards Starlight entertainment.
"Don't you have to go to work? You've been with me for almost half of the day", Qin Mei lay in his embrace and asked softly.
"I don't have to go. I go to my companies a few times in the year.", Huo Xinhan replied, a smile forming at the corner of his lips.
"Really... how many companies do you have?", Qin Mei asked curiously, she had heard that this man owned countless companies across the globe.
"I'm not exactly sure but definitely over hundred", Huo Xinhan replied and then planted a kiss on her head.
"What? You must be very rich than I thought", Qin Mei was really stunned. This man was so wealthy that he did not even know how many companies he owned.
"Hmm, were you worried that I would not be rich enough to take care of you for a lifetime?", Huo Xinhan chuckled playfully.
"No...I was just curious.", Qin Mei couldn't help but smile.
"Do you want to leave the company you are in now? I can let you sign under one of my companies", Huo Xinhan suggested.
"No, I have to stay there. I'm not done with what I'm supposed to do.", Qin Mei's eyes turned cold.
"Hmm, take your time and do whatever you want to do. I'll always be behind you to clean up your mess", said Huo Xinhan.
Qin Mei pulled herself out of his embrace and looked up at him.
"Huo Xinhan...", She called out softly and sweetly.
"Hmm?", Huo Xinhan was stunned by the way she called him and his heart missed a beat.
"Thank you... for everything", Qin Mei smiled sweetly at him and took the initiative to plant a short kiss on his lips.
She could not say she liked him but she just wanted to make him happy because he managed to make her happy.
Huo Xinhan was more than stunned by the sudden kiss out of nowhere.
He looked at the little beauty before him and she smiled sweetly at him. She did not seem shy as before and seemed more at ease with him now.
Before he could say anything, the partition rolled down and he was interrupted.
"Young Master, Young Madam, we have arrived", Han Ying informed them and immediately rolled up the partition after realizing that he seemed to have interrupted something important.
"I'll come pick you up, call me when you are done", said Huo Xinhan.
Qin Mei nodded and waved goodbye at him before alighting off the car.
Huo Xinhan smiled, lifted his hand and rubbed his thin lips. He could still feel the sensation she had sent down his body when she kissed him.
Han Ying started the car and drove back to MeiHan villa.
Huo Xinhan went back to the villa and immediately made a phone call.
"How's the thing I asked you to prepare going?", He asked, his magnetic voice cold and captivating.
"Ninth brother I'm almost done, I'll be back in a few days. I can't wait to meet my new sister in law! Min Tang told me that she's the most beautiful woman in the world is that true?", The other man asked curiously. After waiting a while without hearing a response, he realized that the phone call had been hanged up earlier.
"F*ck! Ninth brother hung up on me whiles I'm here killing myself for him!", The man cursed loudly and wiped away his invincible tears.

Qin Mei wore a mask and stepped into the company and took an elevator to Cai Yu's Office.
Coincidentally, Huo Zilan joined her in the elevator.
Qin Mei was slightly surprised to see him but she immediately looked away. This scumbag was not worth her attention anymore!
"Qin Mei, where were you yesterday? You did not return home, are you still angry with MingMing and I?", Huo Zilan sighed helplessly and took a step towards her.
"Huo Zilan, after being together with you for almost ten years, did you expect me to smile and congratulate you for cheating on me with my sister? Sorry to disappoint you, I'm not so magnanimous", Qin Mei's voice was a bit cold and distant.
"Xiao Mei, it's not what you think. MingMing and I were meant to be together, can you not sacrifice a little for her to be happy?", Huo Zilan sighed once more, feeling that Qin Mei was too stubborn.
"Happy? Did you ever think about my happiness when you got together with her behind my back? She's even pregnant for f*cking case!", Qin Mei was so angry at how shameless Huo Zilan was. She had not expected him to have such a shameless side she never knew about.
Huo Zilan had never heard Qin Mei curse and was taken aback. To him, she had always been gentle and spoke without using vulgar language.
"Xiao Mei, there's nothing we can do about it. You have to let me go, we can still be a happy family once more. MingMing has been worried about you ever since you left", said Huo Zilan.
"Worried? I bet she would be the happiest if she found out that I was dead", Qin Mei chuckled at his words.
"Qin Mei! How can you say such things about your sister? Anyways, come back to the house. It's not good for your reputation if people find out you are out there with older men", Huo Zilan sighed.
"Huo Zilan! After all this years of being together, is that what I am in your eyes. You...do you even know what you're saying?", Qin Mei's eyes were filled with disbelief, she had never expected such words to come out from his mouth.
"Xiao Mei, even I don't want to believe that but the truth is right in front of me so don't try to hide it from me. I'm worried about you. Stop fooling around outside", said Huo Zilan.
"Funny...", Qin Mei could not help but laugh out loud as her eyes brimmed with tears. She finally realized that all this years of being together had never been anything to Huo Zilan. How foolish she was to still be expectant of him.
She should have stopped being expectant of him right from the moment he had slapped her but she could not control her heart. Her heart still had hope for him but now she was certain that all that hope had been crushed and shattered into pieces.
It was like a broken mirror, even if you tried to pierce it back together it would never be the same because it was impossible.
The elevator door opened and Qin Mei walked out without saying a single word or even looking back. She was finally done with Huo Zilan!
Huo Zilan look at the figure of the little girl walking away and he sighed helplessly, to him, she was just being stubborn and throwing a tantrum.
What he did not know was that he had lost a great and precious treasure and he would surely regret it in the future.
