The bicycle was speeding along the bank of the Sumida River.

The surrounding scenery quickly receded, and only the sound of the wind continued to pour into their ears.

The effect of the steel mixture expired, and Fujii Itsuki paused as he pedaled and slammed the brakes.

*Screech!——*

The bicycle tire instantly left a black mark on the ground and slid for half a meter before finally stopping.

It seemed as if all of Itsuki's strength had been drained away, and he felt waves of intense pain from the places where he had been hit by the sticks several times during the fight.

"Ogi...Ogihara..."

"It's your turn to drive."

He took a deep breath, used up his last bit of strength to flip off his bicycle, and fell against the railing on the bank of the Sumida River.

"Fujii-kun, what's wrong with you?"

Saki hurriedly supported his shoulders from behind.

*Bang!*

The bicycle, with no one holding it, suddenly fell to the ground.

She looked at the bicycle helplessly, then looked at his pale face.

"So much blood!"

Only then did she notice the blood that had already dried on his face, so she hurriedly took out a tissue to help him wipe it off.

"You are injured..."

Her voice started to sob at some point: "Fujii-kun, I'll take you to the hospital."

"It's okay." He breathed a sigh of relief and leaned his back against Saki's warm arms.

"It was accidentally stained during the fight. It's not my blood."

"But... let's go to the hospital for a check-up!"

"No need, just let me rest for a while; my home is not far ahead."

"But—"

"Don't worry, it's really okay."

His eyelids couldn't help but twitch.

"Damn it, the system never said that my body would hurt this much after the effect of the drug wore off."

His chest heaving as he lay on his back in her arms.

Without the obstruction of his bangs, he could see her cute and delicate features so clearly for the first time.

Very beautiful, like a teenage idol who hasn't debuted yet.

Leaning against the railing, the setting sun reflected on the river behind him, and the September evening breeze blew, bringing the cool water vapor from the Sumida River.

After lying there for half a minute, he finally regained some strength.

"Ogiwara, please give me a ride on your bike for the rest of the journey."

He endured the pain and joked, "I've always been the one giving you a ride before. You should also learn to be grateful, right?"

She tightened her pretty face, wiped the tears from the corners of her eyes, and nodded solemnly.

Saki picked up the bicycle, put one of his arms on her shoulders, and carefully helped him sit on the back seat of the bicycle.

"Fujii-kun, hold me tight."

After ringing the bell, she pressed the pedals hard with her slender legs, and the bicycle sped along the bank of the Sumida River in the slightly hot September evening.

Fujii's house.

"Is this the place?"

Glancing at the houseplate with the words "Fujii" engraved on it in front of a house, she propped up the bicycle's kickstand, put his arm around her shoulders, and helped him walk slowly to the door, step by step.

*Knock, knock, knock."

"Anyone there?"

"Open the door, please."

She stretched out her fingers and knocked gently on the door.

After waiting for a long time and hearing no sound from inside, she turned her head to look at him.

"I guess my sister hasn't come home yet."

Itsuki said weakly.

Ai is neither a homebody nor does she need to work part-time like him to earn a living.

At this point, she should still be having fun in the school club, enjoying campus life.

"Ogiwara, the key is in my trouser pocket."

"I'm a little exhausted; you open the door."

His face was pale, without a trace of blood, as if he were covered with a layer of weakness buff.

"Hmm..." She responded, reaching out her slender hand and reaching into his trouser pocket to grope around.

"Strange, I didn't find the key."

"Is it further inside?"

Her fingers continued to explore inside Itsuki's thigh.

"What are you doing?"

He took a deep breath, and his originally pale face miraculously regained a hint of redness.

"Stop touching me, idiot."

"If it's not in this pocket, it must be on the other side."

"Oh, yes, I'm sorry." She subconsciously pulled her hand back.

After quickly apologizing, she hesitantly reached into his other pocket and pulled out a pair of cold keys.

"So it's here."

"Then what I just touched is..."

Her thoughts kept digging into the mud like a loach, and the atmosphere suddenly became ambiguous. Her face turned red.

"Why are you standing there? Open the door."

Itsuki was so weak that he didn't even have the energy to curse.

"Oh, okay..."

Saki held the key in panic and fiddled with it for a long time before she managed to get it into the lock.

The door was gently pushed open; she turned her face away, trying to hide her true feelings, and took his arm again, helping him walk into the living room.

"My room is on the second floor."

"Uh-huh."

Saki, like a thoughtless yes-man, lowered her head with a flushed face as she continued to help him walk up the stairs towards the bedroom on the second floor.

Pushing open the door, he was like a tired bird returning to its nest.

He lay down on the bed exhausted, and every cell in his body seemed to be screaming in pain.

Then, fatigue came over him like a tide.

"What's going on, Fujii-kun?"

"Does your body still hurt?

She asked multiple questions in a single second, helped him put the pillow in place, slightly lifted his head and rested it on the pillow, then helped him take off his shoes.

"Much better..." Itsuki forced a smile.

"How about we go to the hospital?"

"No, there are painkillers under the coffee table on the first floor. I will take a few, and the pain should go away."

He knew that his current condition was the negative effect of taking system drugs, and even if he went to the hospital, they might not be able to find out anything.

As long as the debuff time is over, he won't be able to become energetic again immediately, but at least his condition will be much better.

"I'll get you some medicine."

"Fujii-kun, have a good rest."

As soon as she finished speaking, she opened the door and went downstairs without stopping.

When she came back again, she had a glass of warm water and several boxes of pain-relieving medicine in her hands.

Breaking the pills and capsules into her palm, she took the initiative to put her hand close to his lips.

"Fujii-kun, take your medicine."

"I'll feed you."

Hearing this, his body shuddered subconsciously, especially after catching a glimpse of her pure and beautiful face.

Ogiwara, this is not allowed!

Pretty girls are not allowed to feed medicine to others!
