Chapter 3 - Chapter 3: Fight begins!

As the dust thinned, a twisted figure emerged from the haze—Deku, his form now monstrous, standing unnervingly still amidst the devastation.

His eyes blazed a pure yellow, casting a feral gleam that pierced the smoky aftermath. Strips of fur on his back had turned silver from black, glinting like tempered steel against the nightmarish scene.

The scaly black hands with silky black fur on the legs, that resembled a nargacuga.

The ground lay scorched and fragments of rock crumbled to ash near is feet.

A tense silence gripped the air, but he broke it, his clawed finger pointing toward their makeshift camp.

"Well, before that." he said with a low, growling calm "would you guys mind moving away?"

The onlookers, still reeling from the shock, stared in muted horror. Only a minute ago, they'd heard something shatter—then a bone-chilling shout—and lightning had cracked the sky, igniting the landscape with brutal finality. Now, standing before them was not the Izuku Midoriya from their files, not the timid, earnest schoolboy they'd read about, but something ferocious and alien.

One reporter, his arms wrapped in straps for lenses and mics, dared to step forward, his voice trembling yet undeterred.

"Sir, what you did was endangering people's lives, and it's our right to kn—"

Deku's hand shot up, his claws slicing the air, halting the reporter mid-sentence.

"Danger? Who here can say they've survived a lightning strike just inches away?" His words seethed. "Nothing troubles the likes of you. You stand around, asking others how they feel, when their loved one's perish."

"Bu-but he, he was a villain." the reporter stammered, shaking, his eyes flitting between Deku's terrifying gaze and the camera lens he clutched for dear life. "He tried to murder three kids aspiring to be heroes."

A dark glint flared in Deku's yellow eyes, and a contemptuous sneer twisted his lips as he glanced at the reporter, who now quaked visibly, a small dark stain spreading on his pants.

"Very human. Leaping to conclusions, never questioning—just hungry for a story to chew on. One prevails, one fails, and that's a headline for you, right?" He spat near the reporter's shoe.

"You want a better story?" Deku's voice dropped, chilling and savage, his grin a shade darker. "Try this: one died, while one couldn't die."

The crowd held their breath, riveted in morbid fascination.

"Now might be a good time for you to start asking some real questions about your society, The pillar you've leaned on for so long, will not always be there, while young children waste time fighting over ranks."

He chuckled, an unsettling, low laugh. "How long do you think All Might will keep wiping your mess? Time for you all to face the monsters you've ignored. . . creatures with nothing left to lose—while you. . . you people have everything to lose" His teeth gleamed, sharp as razors.

"If you would, please leave us alone." his words calm but ice-cold. "Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi will arrange an interview in about an hour. Feel free to ask me whatever you like then. I'm sure the world will revel in the drama of two quirkless kids, once ignored, now undeniable."

The crowd took a collective step back, a ripple of dread washing through them as if something pressuring their hearts.

"So, I'll ask you again. . .Kindly, Leave."

He turned, his monstrous figure moving with a deadly grace, oblivious to the reporters' horrified stares.

"Wh-who are you?" a voice called out weakly from behind him.

Deku stopped, and the silence thickened like fog.

"A dodged bullet" he said over his shoulder "that you fired on your own temple, The last three groups to leave will not get an entry." His voice dropped to a bitter snarl. "Now. . . scram"

Across the world, people watching the footage recoiled, some questioning the depths of the story, others gripped by morbid fascination at the spectacle. Somewhere, a shadowy figure behind a black mask laughed, savouring the words like fine wine. "How interesting, Could he really be predicting the future?"

In a dimly lit room, two figures, one a skeletal hybrid and the other an unusual creature with an air of wisdom, watched the broadcast with grave expressions.

"Nezu. . . It's my fault" the skeleton murmured. "Please, send him a recommendation letter. We have to test him. . . We must guide him, or how will I ever face my teacher."

"Oh, I couldn't agree more." said Nezu, sipping his tea, his mind already racing with possibilities.

Meanwhile, Deku found himself somewhere else entirely—a dark, surreal plane where his body was beyond his reach. His soul drifted, consciousness hovering in a different realm.

He blinked, his surroundings surreal and unexpectedly calming. He sat on a sleek, matte-black chair in front of a grand console, screens lighting up the space. One screen mapped his entire neighbourhood, another displayed a satellite image of Japan, and others showed cryptic wavelengths, fossils, and strange calculations. Outside the wide glass windows, majestic mountains stretched across the horizon, cloaked in dense forests.

"Where am I. . . and why am I not worried?" he muttered, his hand brushing against the polished armrest.

"It's like. . . home."

"Of course, it is, human stupid!" came a tiny, amused squeak from his shoulder. Startled, he whipped around to see a miniature Nargacuga perched there like an oversized parrot, eyeing him smugly.

"WHOA!" Deku scrambled back, nearly toppling the chair. "Who—who are you?!"

The creature cackled. "AHAHAHA, human stupid! It's me, your master!"

Deku raised a sceptical brow. "What's that supposed to mean?"

"You take power, so I become master, human stupid." the creature said with pride

Deku exhaled, trying to stay grounded. "Alright, alright, Is this... your home?" he looked around.

"This is ancestral land." the creature said, puffing its tiny chest with pride. Deku watched as the Nargacuga hopped onto his shoulder again, its tiny claws digging in slightly.

"Alright, let's go find the others."

"Press the ent button three times" the creature instructed with a sharp, toothy grin.

Deku frowned but complied, clicking three times.

-

ZINNNN!

-

A strange, high-pitched whir sounded, and then—

In an instant, Deku found himself in a dark forest. Towering, ancient trees surrounded him, their leaves a lifeless grey, and the soil beneath was jet-black, absorbing what little light there was.

A surreal lake stretched before him, its surface reflecting a green thunderbolt that lingered just above, suspended in time.

A magnificent view, the uppermost part of the thunder stretched beyond until it's just a thread of light, while it's lowermost part, a faint root-like pattern touching the lake ever so carefully.

"This." said the Nargacuga softly "is home."

"Home or ancestral land?" Deku murmured, feeling both entranced and unsettled. "Grrr... same thing!" the creature snapped, glaring at the lightning.

Deku gazed deeper into the lake, noticing his reflection. . . except it wasn't his own. His eyes widened in alarm.

Someone else, a man with long white hair, yellow eyes with a red. . . eyelash?

"Who else lives here?" he asked, voice barely a whisper, intrigued by the unreal atmosphere

"Mum, dad, sis, bro. . . oh he is not here, he is there" The creature gestured toward the centre of lake where the tiny root of thunder connected "cleaning up your mess."

Deku's stomach churned as he pieced it together. But before he could ask further, a smooth, feminine voice floated from behind.

"You don't need to worry, child. He's the most sensible of my offspring." she said.

Deku turned, stunned to see a tall, elegant woman with long black hair, red eyes, and a scaled tail that shimmered darkly, revealing tantalising glimpses of her inhuman form. His face flushed. thoughts briefly skittering in wild directions as she watched him, clearly aware of every reaction. Wearing a scally black maid dress that exposed most of her chest.

'GIANT BOOBS!' Deku's eyes widened as he saw the massive things covered by little clothing.

"Hahaha, it's good to see people have eyes for beauty." Sweat appeared on his back as he got caught so easily 'She can hear my thoughts?!'

She laughed softly. "Yes, child. Your thoughts are very, loud."

"I-I-I AM SORRY SORRY SORRY" Deku bowed ninety degrees as his face became tomato red.

"GRANNA!" The little creature hollered, leaping up and nestling into the woman's embrace, his tiny claws pressing into her shoulders. Deku peeked from below, watching in shock as the dark, fuzzy figure squirmed contentedly against her chest.

The woman gave a short laugh, brushing a hand through her tousled hair. "No, no, it's fine, really. I was beginning to wonder if I'd become invisible. The last guy—"

"Ah, Granna, you're just old, so It's natural—ugh!" The woman's expression shifted instantly, her eyes narrowing with a dangerous glint. Deku took a shaky step back as he watched her grip tighten around the small creature's neck, squeezing until it flailed helplessly in her hands.

"Oh, it seems our little Narga has pressing business elsewhere." she said, her voice soft and deceptively kind as she turned her gaze to Deku. Then, with a flash of anger, she snapped her attention back to the creature.

"R-RIGHT!" Her face twisted with irritation, her voice a banshee-like screech as her glare bore into Narga, who whimpered and nodded frantically.

"O-ohh, y-yeah! I-I have stuff! Gotta go! B-be c-careful, human!" In a blur of motion, the little Narga scrambled, leaping from tree to tree as if the very air would burn him if he lingered a second longer.

The woman turned back to Deku, her smile warm and her gaze piercing. "Now then, as I was saying, you're much more interesting than the last one." Her words came out smooth, almost playful, and her lips curled into a smile that Deku couldn't quite place—somewhere between charm and mischief.

The mention of the "earlier one" made Deku's mind race, the pieces clicking together. Jin—this confirmed it. The quirks, the world, the strange rules here—it all pointed back to him.

"You mean." he began hesitantly.

"Yes, him" she confirmed, her voice growing softer, her eyes shimmering with an unreadable emotion. "Would you even believe it? I met him completely naked. And he… he wasn't even shocked. That little rascal looked at me like he'd seen a ghost."

A jolt of shock hit Deku. "NANI!?" he exclaimed, his face flooding with heat. 'Holy shit.'

"Exactly!" She placed a hand dramatically on her chest, feigning a wounded expression"He even attacked me, yelling about some unholy 'succubus' trying to 'suck him off.' What does that even mean?"

Deku's face went bright red, his thoughts scrambling as he slapped himself back to composure. "W-well" he stammered, "a… s-succubus is a beautiful demon t-that, you know, suc- t-takes human souls. . .s-so -i-it's a natural reaction, hahha. ha . ha"

"Ohhh." she purred, her eyes lighting up as she looked at him, a strange hunger in her gaze. "That's exactly what I was planning to do."

"Hick!" Deku froze as her teeth began to grow, and her skin seemed to ripple and shift, her eyes deepening into something darker, something utterly inhuman. Her body warped and stretched, transforming into something that wasn't even close to the creature he'd seen in Jin's books. It was terrifyingly real.

"Well then, fledgling." she cooed, her voice an echo of menace. "let's get down to business. We'll make a contract—and don't worry about time; it's different here."

Nodding stiffly, Deku felt his heart hammering, his legs rooted to the ground, his Quirk inexplicably silent. The monster before him was no figment of his imagination. He was helpless, trapped.

Outside World

luminous scenes the area around him, In front of him, a police detective stood, flanked by two officers, both with guns trained directly on him. A small smirk lifted the edge of the creature's mouth, his claws flexing subtly.

"Please." the detective said, his tone firm but polite, "we hope you'll cooperate with us. We just have a few questions."

He chuckled, a dark glint in his eye as he tapped his claw against one of the barrels. "What a polite way to ask your questions. Pointing toys at me?"

"This is for our safety. . . and yours," the detective replied steadily, although sweat glistened on his forehead.

Luminous gaze shifted over the detective's shoulder to Inko, Deku's mother, who was watching them, eyes wide with fear.

"There's no need for worry, ma'am." Luminous said, the disdainful smirk vanishing as he softened his expression, bowing his head. "This is simply a self-defence mechanism that activates if the host is endangered."

Relief flooded Inko's face as her tense shoulders relaxed. "I-is my son safe?"

A genuine chuckle escaped him this time. "Oh, yes. He's likely being lectured by my dear grandmother or pestered by my siblings."

The detective's brows shot up. "There are. . . more of you?"

I zuku merely observed them silently through lake, his gaze unreadable. 'fools.' he thought, 'what on earth have they stumbled into, And what would they make of a Quirk like this. . . one that defies all logic?'

"Now, Miss Inko, if you would proceed upstairs, while i talk to these gentle men." He gestured to her politely which she followed.

"Perhaps we can talk—if you put down those toys of yours," he said, voice cold and detached than earlier.

"It's as I said." the detective replied, but his voice betrayed a slight tremor.

Before anyone could react, there was a sudden CRACK and then another, as Luminous flashed , snatching the guns from the officers and crushing them into metal shards that scattered to the floor.

Their hands remained frozen, still gripping thin air where their weapons had once been, their faces pale, backs drenched in sweat.

To the officer . . . he hasn't moved. . . he never did.

"You're safe because I allow it." he said with cold finality, his eyes narrowing. "And any questioning will only happen if the host wishes it."

The two officers exchanged glances, visibly shaken, while the detective nodded. They were outmatched, and they knew it. . . further escalation will be fatal for them.

Luminous form shimmered slightly as his transformation began to fade, leaving him mostly human but with eerie yellow eyes and a bllod red dot in middle with few patches of dark scales down his arms. His voice softened as he looked at the detective.

"Well then, detective, let's have a discussion." He extended his clawed hand, calm and eerily polite. "You may call me, Luminous."

The detective blinked, caught off guard but recovering quickly. "Nice to meet you Mr. Luminous, I am—"

Before he could finish, Luminous arm shot forward, hitting the detective right in the chest.

"NAOMASA!" the other 2 shouted, eyes wide as they saw their friend fly back.

"CAREFUL!" luminous warned.

-

BOOOOM!

-

The familiar Nargacuga wings grew from his right elbow. With a single swift motion, he whipped his arm, knocking the two officers from the dust, and making them join their fallen friend.

In the whirlwind of dust and shattered glass, and wall, a hulking, muscular figure emerged from the debris, brushing off his costume with a huff.

"Dammit, I told you not to throw me, you crazy bitch!"

Death Arms clenched his fists, his face twisting with indignation as he stepped into a boxer's stance. "Surrender villain or you will get hurt."

Luminous eyed him with a steely gaze, reading his entire figure in detail. "Blowing a residential building for what, heroism? The nerve."

Even though he was a little embarrassed, he persisted "Give up kid"

A feral grin stretched across Luminous face, fur bristling down on his back, giving a wilder and bulkier appearance, the scales and fur regrew on his limbs his claws extended, his bone-cracking and popping everywhere his height grew nearly as much as all might.

"I'd like to see you try, clown."
