Penn sat in his office, scrolling through the tablet for Guides as Daniel stood beside him, explaining how it was used for Hunter's to book appointments, how they set time slots based on match rate, higher match rates got priority, and sometimes emergency requests would come when no other matched guide was available, and sometimes calls down to the emergency health ward.
Only the S-ranked Guides would be called down to the lowest subfloor, where a particular room for high-ranked Hunters on the verge of berserk would be moved for everyone's safety. And that Guide and Hutner would be locked behind eight-foot thick reinforced steel doors until the Hunter was Guided back to average levels or enough to receive medical attention for the safety of the staff.
