Skills:

"Primordial Wisdom:" An sentient skill that has the potential to turn into a manas with preparation. It is basically an omniscient library. (A/N: And in my opinion, better than Raphael but Ciel is better when they both become Manas)

"Stillness Of An Object's Time:" Y/N is able to stop the flow of time from affecting themselves, anything they're wearing, anything they've touched, or even their breath. Targets of this ability cannot be affected by outside forces and any attacks against the user in this state are negated. In contrast, the user can still interact with the rest of the world with increased effective: For example, he can create a windblade with a casual horizontal wave of his hands or he can throw dirt or water and use his ability on it, turning them into inevitable shots. But the only downside that he can only use it for 5 minutes or it will strain his heart.

"Little King:" He can put his 'heart' to anyone he wants, removing his ability's side effects and allowing him to use it freely. But if the one that his 'heart' dies, the side effects will affect him again.

"Variation and Change:" Allows the user to transform themselves and others into various forms. Further, users of this ability can use it to heal by simply transforming away damage to themselves. Spare parts that are regenerated through this method dissolve after being replaced.

"Unseen Hands:" The user manifests invisible hands which vary in power, area of effect, and quantity, depending on the user

"Melancholic Field:" The user is able to surround himself in an invisible force field that is able to crush both living things and magic alike. The more he closes his distance with the target the stronger and more disastrous the damage is. As Hector himself seems to be the very center of this force field, the damage has the highest magnitude when in direct contact with him.

"Judgement and Verdict(Sealed):" The user is able to tell whether a person was good or bad within his own standards and break apart their body if he determines they were either bad or if they felt guilty of something

"Rewrite(Sealed):" The use is able to rewrite at will.

"Canis Morsus(Sealed):" The user can share or transmit their own emotions and senses to other people. Polarizing emotions such as anger or sorrow can be used to either take control of a group of people or be resonated through a group to raise emotions to the point of madness. In extreme cases if a person in the affected area dies, the user can force others within the area to also die in the same way.

"Unending Curiosity(Sealed):" The user is able to eat the name and memories of a target by first touching the target with their left hand and then licking the palm on the same hand. Experience, talent, and the likes and dislikes of human relationships are 'eaten' by the authority user which allows them to use the abilities and memories of the target. However, eating a fake name in this manner causes the user to be plagued with severe nausea. There are three results from this ability.
