Ethan and Adrian sat in the car, cruising down the highway towards Lucas's hospital. The soft hum of the engine was the only sound for a while, but Ethan could sense the excitement bubbling just beneath the surface. Adrian was already eight months pregnant, and today, they were going to find out the projected due date for their twins. The anticipation was palpable, and even though Adrian was visibly tired, his face glowed with happiness.
Ethan glanced over, his hand resting on the steering wheel. "So," he began with a small smile, "have you thought about names for the babies?"
Adrian looked at him with a soft chuckle, his hand rubbing his swollen belly gently. "I've thought of a few. I was thinking maybe something meaningful, with a history behind it."
Ethan's smile grew. "What kind of names?"
"Well…" Adrian hesitated, clearly deep in thought. "For a boy, I was thinking about 'Aurelius.' It means 'the golden one,' and it just feels… strong, you know?"
