Augustin spoke, breaking the silence. "I've found something."
Ethan stopped mid-step and turned to face him. "What is it?"
Augustin sighed, leaning back in his chair as he gathered his thoughts. "Isaac Shaw… isn't who we thought he was."
Leclair's brow furrowed. "What do you mean?"
Augustin tapped a few keys, bringing up a file that displayed a birth certificate and a set of adoption papers. "Isaac Shaw isn't the biological son of the Shaw family. He was switched at birth."
Ethan's eyes widened in surprise. "Switched? How is that possible?"
"It's not as uncommon as you'd think in powerful families," Augustin explained, his voice calm but serious. "The Shaw family has always been secretive, but it seems there was a cover-up. The real son of the Shaws was exchanged with Isaac, but no one knows why, or who orchestrated it."
