~{BEVERLEY'S POV}~

"He has amnesia."
At that revelation, I began to find it hard to breathe. Everything suddenly felt so overwhelming to a point I couldn't even cry. I was just exhausted.
"Mrs?" The doctor carefully called me but I couldn't respond.
"Mrs Damion?" He called again and I looked at him with tears in my eyes.
"Please doctor, tell me you're lying. Just say I'm lying, it's a prank…please," I sobbed in desperation.
I couldn't accept this. Where would I begin from?
"I'm sorry Mrs, I really am."
"No! Don't apologize, just tell me it's a lie!" I pleaded.
"I'm sorry but I can't."
In desperation, I gripped him by the collar and glared at him.
"Say it!" I warned him but instead, he carefully took my hands off him before further saying, "There's a possibility for him to get his memories back but we're not certain about it, it's left to him."
