Chapter 33 - towards a new journey

Gojo's eyes widened in shock as the man with the crow mask appeared in front of him, the hollow purple attack hovering motionless in mid-air.

"How...how did you do that?" Gojo stammered, his mind racing with the implications.

The man with the crow mask smiled, his eyes glinting with amusement. "You're impressive, Gojo," he said. "But you're still just a novice."

With a flick of his wrist, the man dispelled the hollow purple attack, sending it harmlessly to the ground.

Gojo's eyes narrowed, his grip on his fists tightening. "Who are you?" he demanded.

The man with the crow mask chuckled, his voice low and gravelly. "I'm someone who's been watching you, Gojo," he said. "Someone who's been waiting for you to reach this level."

Gojo's instincts screamed warning, but he stood his ground, his eyes locked on the man with the crow mask.

"What do you want?" Gojo growled.

The man with the crow mask smiled again, his eyes glinting with a fierce light. "I want to show you the true meaning of power," he said. "And I want to be the one to take you to the next level."

And with that, the man with the crow mask raised his hand, and Gojo felt a surge of energy unlike anything he had ever experienced before.

Gojo's eyes narrowed, his grip on his fists tightening. "I don't know what kind of game you're playing," he said, "but I'm not buying it. I don't trust you."

The man with the crow mask raised an eyebrow, his expression unreadable. "I expected as much," he said. "You're cautious, Gojo. I respect that."

Gojo took a step back, his eyes locked on the man. "I don't care about your games or your prophecies," he said. "What I care about is finding my friends. Althea, Maki, and the others. Have you seen them?"

The man with the crow mask paused, his gaze flicking to the side before returning to Gojo. "I can help you find them," he said. "But you must trust me, Gojo."

Gojo snorted. "You're not exactly inspiring trust right now. But I'll give you a chance. Help me find my friends, and maybe - just maybe - I'll listen to what you have to say."

The man with the crow mask nodded, a small smile playing on his lips. "Very well, Gojo. Let us search for your friends together. But be warned: the path ahead will be treacherous, and not everyone will survive."

Gojo's eyes flashed with determination. "I don't care about the risks. Let's go."

"I don't care about your prophecies or your games," Gojo said, his eyes locked on the man. "Just help me find my friends."

The man nodded, his expression serious. "All energies from your previous life have amplified and are coming back to you for a reason," he said. "But I will help you find your friends, Gojo. That is why I have been sent to you."

Gojo raised an eyebrow. "Sent to me? By who?"

The man smiled, a small, enigmatic smile. "I am Cardcrow," he said, his voice low and gravelly. "And I have been watching you, Gojo, for a very long time."

Gojo's eyes narrowed. "Cardcrow? What kind of name is that?"

Cardcrow chuckled, a low, rasping sound. "A name that holds power, Gojo. And a name that will become synonymous with your destiny."

Gojo snorted. "I don't care about destiny. I care about finding my friends."

Cardcrow nodded, his expression serious once more. "Then let us begin, Gojo. We have much work to do, and little time to waste."

Cardcrow looked behind and said ,"Some unexpected guests may be waiting for us."

Gojo said ," What is happening? What are those dreams ?"

Cardcrow : The curses you fought and your fellow sorcerer befriended are not ordinary curses . They are sent by the true darkness . These are nothing like you guys saw before . You are meant to be in this war . This is why your powers are feeling strange to you .Meet me tomorrow . I don't have time now . By the way there is a sorcerer hiding behind that tree .

Gojo looks at the tree and fires with his powers . The sorcerer got destroyed but the tree remained unharmed .

Cardcrow : I really like your quick response .

Cardcrow disappears .

Gojo was surprised and kept looking here and there but he found none .

He sat down there alone looking defeated .

In an old building we see curses entering some men and entering inside their mind .

The curses speak through them," Darkness is coming."

Suddenly the building is destroyed by a flash of light and we see a card on the ground with a crow face on it .
