Fiona's POV
The tension in the air was electric as we stood at the edge of the forest, our pack ready, waiting, bracing for Sabrina's attack. The moon cast an eerie light over us, its cold glow a stark contrast to the fire burning within my chest. My heart pounded, a fierce rhythm of fear and resolve as I scanned the shadows.
Beside me, Sebastian stood tall, his gaze fierce as he surveyed our surroundings, every line of his body radiating determination. He met my eyes, his voice a low murmur. "Stay close, Fiona. We don't know what she has planned, but I won't let her near you."
I nodded, swallowing back the worry that threatened to rise. "I won't leave your side, Seb. Not tonight, not ever."
