After staring at the Droplet for more than a minute, Judith finally told Tsai the flaw of the Cultivation. Despite this, Tsai was still adamant on going along with it. With that settled, Judith found no need to waste anymore time.
The longer she lingered on it, the more she became afraid. So it was better to get it over with now.
Pushing her tray of food to the side, Judith pulled the tray with the Droplet closer to herself. Then, turning to the corner of the tray, she found the phial of Lergobeasts blood waiting.
"Can I have a knife?" Judith had asked.
A bit hesitant, Tsai sat still for a moment, before rushing off and returning with the knife. Once she had handed it to Judith, she immediately put it to use.
Steeling her nerves, she placed the sharp edge on her thumb and slid the knife across it. So a tiny and barely noticeable open could be seen, where blood began to seep out.
