Li ZiChen tapped his finger on the table near them. He seemed quiet for a while, his mind racing while his expression remained as calm as the serene morning glow. AiLin found herself staring at his light colored eyes that were staring at her knees as he seemed to fall into a deep ponder. His voice startled her awake, "Alright, I'll look for it."
She smiled gently, "Thank you," sincerely she added, "Really, thank you."
"This isn't much," his fingers grabbed her palms and she could feel warmth surging from the tips of his fingers toward her palms, gently moving as it rubbed the gaps between her fingers his voice was soft as he stared into her, his gaze deep into her soul. "It must have taken you a lot to make your decision into seeing the psychiatrist. I should reward you no matter how difficult it is."
She shook her head, "Oh come on, it is for my own health. Why would you have to be thankful about it?"
