"Watch my movements, and I'll explain the Micro Light Breathing Method to you," Yars said, having quickly adjusted himself by the time he reached the training ground, appearing as though his earlier embarrassing incident had no connection to him, almost as if it had never existed.
Zhao Guang's expression turned serious as he intently observed each of Yars's movements.
"Follow my movements, and imagine the sun releasing endless light. Then breathe towards the sun at this rhythm, picturing the sunlight being drawn into your body and creating a faint glimmer inside," Yars instructed.
"That's it, the Micro Light Breathing Method, just this motion. So, do you understand?"
Zhao Guang nodded, yet he thought to himself, "Is that it?"
The movements seemed too simple, with nothing particularly special except the odd and unique way of breathing - even the radio calisthenics on Earth were more complicated.
