Bobby sat cross-legged inside the cave with Sarah next to him. Sebastian and Keith were guarding the entrance, vigilant for any intruders. Bobby knew he could rely on Sarah; she was a longtime friend and would support him if a conflict arose with Sebastian. He was also aware that the two young men weren't his only protection. Loki appeared, holding the Mystic Serpent Whip, standing next to Bobby as his personal bodyguard.
"I've passed the most difficult part of breaking through to the True Mystic Rank," he thought. "Now, I only need to condense and refine the Great Moon Pirate's True Spirit." Though his eyes were closed, he maintained partial awareness of his surroundings. The worst outcome would be failing to reach the True Mystic Rank, but at least he wouldn't be in physical danger. His deal with the other three prodigies was, therefore, worth it.
