"I see that the high towers almost cover Neighborhood No. 107. Could it be that this entire large area belongs to our Enchanters Guild?"
"It could be said yes, or it could be said no."
"I would like to hear the details."
"You might be aware that the defense forces of Neighborhood No. 107 are quite strong, and this is indeed the case. The guild cannot monopolize such a place, therefore, many towers have either been given away or sold to others."
Hearing his explanation, Ivan was momentarily speechless, not having expected the guild to be involved in real estate; however, upon further reflection, it seemed reasonable.
