Changbai State, an ancient city called Lishui.
This city is located in the southern part of the Empire, originally constructed by the Southern Barbarian Tribal Chiefs who lived here in ancient times.

Lishui City was built on a water pond, surrounded by mountains with vibrant terraced fields. Although it's just the beginning of spring, those neat fields have already been covered with a layer of oil-painting-like emerald green.
