No, it's for a variety of reasons. You could say it's because of historical reasons, or educational ones, or even a kind of arrogance.
This arrogance implies, "I know you're discriminated against, so I understand why you commit crimes and seek your own benefits, because we're just like you."
In their view, it's the benevolence of the superior towards the inferior.
It's charity.
Even some major anchors, when viewing the same comical videos, would burst into laughter if it's a white person, but if it's a black person, they would nearly suffocate themselves holding back their laughter.
It's because they're afraid of being labeled, but why would that label be stuck on them? It clearly isn't anything serious.
In fact, those labeling them are not necessarily black people, but white people.
