Pachy held the microphone, looking at the silent homeless.
"Sorry, guys. I didn't mention their names to LAPD. I know where they are and what they've gone through. But I still didn't mention them. Do you know why?"
"Because no one cares." Someone said unwillingly.
"Yes, no one cares, even though they helped me the most in that damn lab, no one cares! So I didn't dare to mention their names, and I don't even know some of their names. But fortunately, the outcome was good."
"Do you know? I actually didn't need to come back, because knowing those things, the United States government was obliged to take care of me in my old age, but I still came back. Do you know why?"
A person discontentedly said, "Don't say it's for us, Pachy! No one believes that crap."
