Jonas turned off the TV.
He tilted his head back slightly and then took a deep breath.
Next to him, Dak swallowed hard. He turned to Jonas, "Is this what the boss taught him?"
Jonas nodded, "Probably. I know what the boss wanted him to say, but I don't know the details. Dak, any thoughts?"
Dak was silent for a long while before he couldn't help asking, "Joe, are you sure our boss is an illegal immigrant from Asia? Or did he come through Mexico?"
"Of course."
"You're sure that before he got here, he really knew nothing about this place?"
"That's right," Jonas said with a bitter smile. "You know what? He was even shocked by the nearly hundred genders we have over here when he first arrived."
"So, everything he's doing now he's learned recently?"
"That's right, Dak. What are you getting at?"
