However, by unexpectedly bringing up Theo, he probably disrupted the other party's plans.
He could almost confirm that Feder was still being detained, and the one he was talking to was not Feder himself.
Asimara had too little information in hand and probably had not anticipated that Feder would be under such control.
The only unexpected occurrence might be Feder self-destructing, spilling everything, which might lead to Asimara realizing there's a problem and recalculate the plot.
Could that be possible?
It wasn't impossible, of course, on the premise that the Commander wasn't Asimara but his father.
