Many thoughts flitted through his mind, and Ulrich spoke indifferently, "I hope you can start as soon as possible."
"No problem," Li Ming immediately agreed but then shook his head, "However, I need to go back and pack some things."
Ulrich slightly frowned but did not refuse, personally following Li Ming back, and never straying far.
Back in the room, Li Ming made a show of packing and soon came out, holding a few pieces of clothing in his hand.
"Is that all?" Ulrich asked suspiciously.
"Actually, there's nothing much to pack; it's just that things happened so suddenly, I needed some psychological preparation," Li Ming said frankly. "Also, my mechanical bodies, it must be quite stuffy inside them, they'll provide some distraction for me."
Ulrich did not know whether to believe him or not and merely nodded faintly, "Then let's go."
Huo Tan followed behind, not sure if it was arranged or coincidental, but there was not a single person in the entire floor.
