Jade lit a cigarette and then said slowly, "General Lu, whether people on a planet can cultivate is entirely determined by the spiritual energy content of that planet."
"Spiritual energy, what kind of gas is that?"
Lu Mingliang was puzzled.
Without delving into a deeper explanation of spiritual energy, Jade asked Lu Mingliang to take out a glass bottle before saying, "General Lu, this liquid in the bottle contains spiritual energy."
Lu Mingliang asked in confusion, "Is the energy in the energy water spiritual energy?"
Jade said, "That energy is spiritual energy."
Jade then continued, "Even if a planet's spiritual energy is thick, if the creatures on that planet do not possess the necessary qualifications for cultivation, they cannot cultivate."
Lu Mingliang seemed to have an epiphany and said, "I understand now, a person must have the qualification for cultivation to be eligible to cultivate."
