The bright moon dominated the sky.
Lin Fan gently pushed open the door to the room.
He saw that Ning Mengyao had not gone to sleep.
Instead, she was lying on the bed, looking over various maps.
"It's the middle of the night, what are you still studying?"
Lin Fan watched Ning Mengyao with a smile.
She had sent him back to the floor last night and had ignored him this morning.
He wondered if the young mistress had let go of her anger yet.
"Of course, it's the map of Evil Island," said Ning Mengyao without looking up, pointing to a small island on the map. "Today, I've already read the guides, and even went out of my way to ask a couple of old birds who have been to the island for details. Now, I'm pretty well-informed about Evil Island."
"Is a small island worth all this research?"
Lin Fan walked over curiously and looked at the dozen or so maps on the bed.
