"Mr. Zhou, I wish you fortune as vast as the Eastern seas and a life longer than the Southern mountains!"
Inside the Zhou residence, Zhao Jiaqi entered, carrying a basket of fruit.
"Jiaqi, you've come so early, the birthday banquet hasn't even started yet."
Zhou Weimin was lying on a rocking chair in the garden.
He watched with a smile as Zhao Jiaqi, dressed in a short skirt, approached.
Her, always vibrant with her ponytail tied up.
"I came early to chat with Mr. Zhou, you have even more birds than my grandfather."
She placed the fruit basket on the table.
Zhao Jiaqi curiously looked at the dozens of birdcages hanging from the tree branches.
The chirping of the birds was particularly pleasant.
"Your grandfather is a stubborn one, concerned with plumage. A single bird of his is worth a fortune. I'm just a retired old man; I keep them for enjoyment. All of my birds together probably aren't worth as much as one roasted duck."
Zhou Weimin got up from his chair with a smile.
