"The egg and shredded pork noodles are ready. Can you really eat them?"
Lin Xinyue walked into Gu Yu's room with a steaming bowl of noodles, and Gu Yu hastily let go of his mouse to take it.
"Hiss—hot, hot, hot—"
He grimaced as the hot bowl scorched his hands and set it down on the table.
Lin Xinyue gave him a look, using a wet towel to insulate her hands as she wiped off the spilled noodle soup from the table: "Dumbass, who grabs it with their bare hands?"
"Hehe, wasn't paying attention. The noodles smell so good; I'm sure I can eat them all."
Gu Yu smiled foolishly, his gaze fixed on the steaming egg and shredded pork noodles.
The buckwheat noodles were distinct, and the eggs and shredded pork looked incredibly tender, stirring his appetite.
He had been so busy serving Lin Xinyue during lunch that he hadn't eaten much, just about half-full.
Now, with his girlfriend cooking personally, his appetite was once again awakened.
