Zhou Qing said with a smile, before picking up his glass and drinking with Wang Xu.
They kept drinking until 9 p.m., when Wang Xu arranged for someone to drive Zhou Qing's car and take Zhou Qing home.
All was quiet overnight, and early the next day, Zhou Qing was waiting in Zhou Weining's office.
As Zhou Weining entered, Zhou Qing stood up with a smile and said, "Weining, I was just about to discuss some work with you."
"I heard you visited Huaishui Town yesterday. How are things there?"
Zhou Weining asked, sitting down on his office chair.
"The environment in Huaishui Town is good, and it has rich forestry resources. I've made up my mind and am planning to set up the county-run business in Huaishui Town."
"So, I came to give Weining a heads up and see if you have any suggestions?"
Actually, Zhou Qing hadn't made the final decision last night.
