Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 Treating Sister-in-Law's Illness

In June, the scorching sun baked the secluded Liuh River Village.

Chen Yang, the only doctor in Liuh River Village, was lying bored on the rocking chair inside his clinic, dozing off.

Although Chen Yang's clinic was the only one for miles around, his business wasn't good.

The area was large, but the population within this area was sparse; even adding up several nearby mountain villages, there were only a few hundred people.

Liuh River Village was nestled deep within the mountains, and access was extremely limited.

A few years ago, in an attempt to change this situation, all the villages within a dozen miles gathered to decide to build a road in and out of the mountains. However, the mountain terrain was rugged and dangerous, and during construction, a landslide buried many strong men from the nearby villages.

Among them were Chen Yang's parents.

After his parents died, in order to fulfill their last wish—that the villagers wouldn't have to travel dozens of miles on mountain roads to seek medical care outside the mountains—

Chen Yang, a university graduate with a medical degree, returned to the impoverished Liuh River Village, where he opened this clinic.

Liuh River Village was poor, a world apart from the big cities where Chen Yang had lived.

If it weren't for fulfilling his parents' last wish, Chen Yang would not have wanted to stay there at all.

Although Liuh River Village was poor, it wasn't completely dull.

The road collapse had cost the area most of its workforce.

Only a handful of timid young girls and many lonely widows remained.

These young widows, having lost their husbands quite early, often felt empty and lonely, and occasionally found reasons to visit Chen Yang for medical examinations, while giving him flirtatious glances...

Thus, despite the harsh conditions, Chen Yang found himself interacting with women every day, adding some fun to his otherwise ordinary life.

Just after noon, having eaten, Chen Yang was lying on the lounge chair playing with his phone when a young widow, clad in a black lace tight low-cut T-shirt and blue skinny jeans, sauntered into the clinic, her rounded hips swaying.

Looking at the young widow's full, perky buttocks, Chen Yang almost couldn't resist the urge to go up and give them a slap to test how they felt.

Chen Yang swallowed and chuckled as he stood up, "Aunt Wang? What brings you to my clinic today?"

The woman was originally named Wang Hong, also one of Liuh River Village's many widows.

Although Wang Hong was already in her thirties, her maturity did not age her but instead added a certain allure, like a ripe peach that oozed juice when squeezed.

"What else could I be here for, if not to see the doctor?" Wang Hong gave Chen Yang a sidelong glance.

"Hehe, please have a seat, Aunt Wang, and tell me where you don't feel well," Chen Yang said with a smile as he pushed a stool towards her, gesturing for her to sit.

Wang Hong, unceremoniously taking the stool, settled down and began describing her symptoms.

"These past few months... each 'visit from relatives' has been coming irregularly, even incredibly erratically! And each time comes with unbearable cramping..."

With a slight blush, Wang Hong revealed her symptoms, which were generally quite private, but given that Chen Yang was the only doctor nearby, she had no choice but to endure the awkwardness and tell him about her condition.

After listening to Wang Hong's description, Chen Yang immediately understood what the symptoms were.

It was clearly a case of "relatives in disarray." All she needed was to pay more attention to rest, keep warm, and at most, he could prescribe a couple of medications to help adjust her body.

But facing such a mature young widow, how could Chen Yang resist flirting a little?

"Oh no, Auntie Wang! This is a severe symptom and must be treated promptly; otherwise, it will get worse over time," Chen Yang pretended to be surprised.

"Ah? Is it really that serious? Can you treat Auntie Wang?" When she heard it was serious, Wang Hong became anxious because she had never experienced such symptoms before, so seeing Chen Yang's serious expression, she believed him.

She felt it was very serious.

"Auntie Wang, what are you saying? I am a medical student after all; what illness can't I cure?" Chen Yang spoke with a serious face.

"You can cure it? Then, please treat Auntie Wang quickly; don't let it get worse."

Auntie Wang became anxious all of a sudden.

"Hmm... Auntie Wang, your condition requires a unique acupoint massage treatment to smoothen the blood flow throughout your body and avoid family chaos," Chen Yang explained earnestly.

"Okay, then... Chen Yang, quickly use the acupoint massage to treat me!" Auntie Wang, hearing there was a treatment, quickly nodded in agreement.

What women feared most was being tormented by relatives.

Every time it happened, Wang Hong felt like her insides were being torn apart! It was terrifying! Hearing that not treating it promptly could worsen it, she naturally became scared.

"Alright! Auntie Wang, come with me," Chen Yang said with a slight smile, then led the anxious Auntie Wang to the inner room of the clinic and had her lie down on the hospital bed.

After setting everything up, Chen Yang went back and locked the inner room's door.

"Chen Yang, what are you doing? Why lock the door for a treatment?" Seeing Chen Yang locking the door, Auntie Wang's eyes widened slightly, beginning to feel uneasy.

"Hehe, Auntie Wang, this massage technique is quite private. What if someone came during the treatment, how bad would it look for you and me?" Chen Yang responded with a smile.

Hearing Chen Yang say this, Wang Hong also thought it made sense.

Alone together, a man and a woman—it inevitably aroused suspicion!

"Okay then, start now; in the afternoon, I still have to pick up the kids," Wang Hong slowly closed her eyes, feeling somewhat expectant and ready to enjoy Chen Yang's massage treatment.

But Chen Yang didn't start right away; instead, he walked up to Wang Hong, looked her in the eyes seriously, and said, "Auntie Wang, this massage therapy is very profound. It must target the exact acupoints to work, so you need to remove your clothes so that I can locate the acupoints accurately."

"Ah? Need to take off my clothes?" Wang Hong was stunned, not expecting that the treatment required removing her clothes.

"Yes, Auntie Wang, wearing clothes would obscure the acupoints, and what if it isn't effective? It's a big problem if your condition worsens," Chen Yang continued to explain his massage technique, its profound nature, and also described the consequences of the condition worsening.

Scaring Wang Hong into fear.

Finally, recalling how she suffered from her relatives' torment usually, she gritted her teeth and agreed!

"Okay! I'll do as you say!" Auntie Wang decisively took her lace T-shirt off after thinking it through, revealing a large expanse of skin and her private garments.

Seeing the sight suddenly before him, Chen Yang immediately felt dry-mouthed with a rush of blood.

Auntie Wang, though past thirty, really had a well-maintained body!

Chen Yang's eyes nearly popped out, unable to look away.

"Keep it professional, young man, don't peek; quickly treat your aunt!" Auntie Wang gave the dry-mouthed Chen Yang a glance, then blushed and closed her eyes as she lay down.

Strangely, taking off her outer garment made Wang Hong begin to feel an unusual sensation stirring inside her.

Her heart seemed to be crawling with a million ants, filled with a subtle sense of anticipation.

"Hehe! Alright!" Chen Yang rubbed his hands together, chuckled, and then started the treatment.
