Chen Yang got back home around noon. After whipping up a quick meal with Nizi, he moved all the rabbit saplings he had bought today to the breeding farm, ready to put them in.
Nizi squatted down, looking at the adorable little rabbits in the cage. She couldn't resist and plucked a weed from beside her to tease them with.
"Chen Yang, where did these wild rabbits come from? They look so cute," she said.
As she played, she asked.
Chen Yang took out his keys, opened the wire gate of the breeding farm, and said, "I bought them from a classmate of the village head's! They were ten yuan each."
"So you went with the village head to buy rabbits this morning."
"Yes, exactly."
Chen Yang nodded, then turned and went back into the house to get some taming pills.
He started feeding them one by one.
These rabbits were new, and to facilitate future management, they had to eat taming pills before being put inside.
