When Gu Feng returned, Lin Yue had made a lavish dinner.
There was also red wine.
Just as she was coming in from the balcony, gathering her clothes, she saw him and smiled faintly, "Back already? Have a seat, the dishes haven't cooled yet."
Gu Feng seemed to have grown accustomed to seeing the table full of dishes she prepared every day, and naturally walked over to sit down at the dining table.
He suggested, "If it's too much, why don't we hire a maid?"
"Is my cooking not to your liking?" Lin Yue asked hesitantly.
Gu Feng shook his head, "It's not that. I just see you busy with the company affairs every day, and you still have to cook when you get back."
Lin Yue visibly sighed in relief, laughing indifferently, "I don't mind, really. Since I rarely go out for social engagements, I just stay home after work anyway, so there's no conflict of time."
She glanced at the red wine and asked Gu Feng, "Care for a drink?"
