Zhou Yu had returned to Yancheng, and it was already the afternoon.
He arrived with a gift, heading straight for Bencao Tang.
There were no patients at Bencao Tang today, and upon reaching the backyard, Zhou Yu immediately saw Li Shuangshuang busying herself with herbs.

Li Shuangshuang looked up and the moment she saw Zhou Yu, a delighted smile burst onto her pretty face.
"Zhou Yu, you're back so early."
Li Shuangshuang ran over, her large eyes brimming with happiness.
Zhou Yu smiled and nodded.
"Where's Elder Li?"
Li Shuangshuang shrugged her shoulders.
"Grandpa went out to see patients early this morning."
"He didn't say when he would be back."
"But he knows it's my birthday today, so he'll probably be back soon."
Zhou Yu nodded.
He then took out the gift box and smiled.
"Shuangshuang, happy birthday, this is the present I brought for you."
Upon seeing the gift Zhou Yu handed over, a wide smile spread across Li Shuangshuang's face.
