The next day, early in the morning, Zhou Yu and Li Meng set out for Wu City.
Wu City is to the west of Yancheng.
The two cities were adjacent, about a three-hour drive apart.
By noon, the two had smoothly arrived at Wu City.
Because Li Meng was worried about her senior brother, the two hurried to Li Meng's residence without stopping.
Li Meng's residence was an old villa.
"This is a property left by my master, where we, as disciples, usually live," she explained.
Upon entering the villa, Li Meng headed straight to a room on the second floor and shouted.
"Senior brother, I'm back."
On the bed in the room, a middle-aged man's pale face showed anger upon seeing Li Meng.
"Junior sister!"
"Where have you been these days? Why haven't there been any messages from you?"
"Do you not know that your senior brother has been very worried about you?"
Li Meng quickly went to her senior brother's side.
"Senior brother, I'm sorry for making you worry," she said.
