Wang Dahai's sudden arrival made both Yan Ke and Zhang Jing feel a mix of nerves and anticipation.
Yan Ke ran over to push the beds together, aiming to merge them into one.

Wang Dahai came over and, with little effort, easily pushed the beds together.
"Wang, you're so strong," Yan Ke exclaimed with a face full of amazement, as if witnessing something spectacular.
This made Wang Dahai quite embarrassed.
It was indeed a bit of an exaggeration.
"I'm going to take a shower first." Zhang Jing picked up her pajamas and walked into the bathroom, and soon the sound of running water echoed from within.
