Knowing that the danger on Kosai Island wasn't the guarding duty itself but rather a treasure or secret realm hidden within, Lucien felt considerably more at ease.
"As long as I don't actively investigate the secret realm, simply guarding Kosai Island should provide some safety," Lucien observed Bennett and Lilia, whose eyes were full of desire. He slightly lowered his head, masking his slightly flickering gaze.
"The two of them can no longer advance through normal means and deeply desire to become Formal Wizards, so they are interested in so-called Fairyland and its plantations, risking great dangers to access its resources to change their fate and complete their advancement."
